Pimentel Place will offer a mix of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments for a total of 57 units of affordable housing. The five-story, all electric building optimizes modern living and sustainability and will provide one parking space per unit, with 75% of the stalls ready for electric vehicle charging and 25% capable of EV charging. Outdoor amenities include a children’s play area, complimented by benches and planters for the community.
